Calendar of Events
The standard time for day board meetings is
9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Regular meetings will be at the Seattle
Airport Hilton Hotel.
The Board calendar for the 2009-2010
year:
- Board meeting – Friday, October 2, 2009.
- Board meeting – Friday, November 13, 2009. Approval of new board candidates for elections at this meeting.
- Board meeting at conference Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at 4:45 p.m. for conference planning only. No regular agenda or business. Firm date.
- Board meeting – Friday, January 29, 2010. Board approval of grants/awards at this meeting.
- Board meeting prior to conference Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. for conference planning only. No regular agenda or business. Firm date.
- Annual Board planning retreat – (Wednesday, June 9 – Friday, June 11, 2010. Meeting to be at Mountain Home Lodge.)
For long-term planning, future conference dates are as

- Wednesday, December

- December 8-10, 2010
Spring Conference
- Wednesday, March 24th & Thursday, March 25th 2010 - Firm Date
